Join Rosie for a nourishing and rejuvenating experience designed to reset your nervous system and cultivate the feeling of grounding and peace. This workshop combines guided meditation, yoga, and breathwork practices to help you:
• Enhance Relaxation and Focus: Discover breathwork practices that promote a sense of calm and improve concentration.
• Reconnect with Your Body: Through mindful movement, reconnect with your physical sensations and cultivate a sense of embodied presence.
• Soothe the Fight-or-Flight Response: Learn techniques to down-regulate the nervous system, reducing stress and anxiety and activating the parasympathetic nervous system.
Suitable for all levels; whether you're a seasoned yogi or new to the practice, this workshop is designed to be accessible and supportive.
What to bring:
• A journal and pen
• A water bottle
• Wear comfortable clothing that allows for easy movement
Workshop Schedule (approximate):
• Welcome & Guided Meditation (10 minutes):
Grounding ourselves and settling into a guided meditation.
• Journaling Practice & Intention Setting (10 minutes): Journal prompts for self enquiry and intention setting.
• Breathwork Exploration (10 minutes): Learn and practice calming breathwork techniques to activate the parasympathetic nervous system (rest and digest response).
• Gentle Yoga Flow (60 minutes): Practice a sequence of gentle movements designed to awaken the body, release tension and promote relaxation.
