Join us for a Chakra Balancing Sound Bath led by Jessica Holley, who specialises in the Alchemy Crystal Tone Bowls.

Each bowl is attuned to resonate with a specific chakra, directly targeting areas of imbalance to promote healing and wellness.

During the session, Jessica will guide you through the vibrations associated with each chakra, from the root to the crown, aiding in the realignment and strengthening of your energy centres.

This focused approach helps reduce stress, enhance clarity, and increase emotional balance.
