Yoga Brunch

You are invited to join Jade and Kirsty for a nourishing Spring Yoga Brunch on Sunday 2nd March.
This is a wonderful opportunity for a deep connection with yourself, as well as with other like-minded people in the Gracelands Yard community.
Jade will guide you in gentle 45 minute Tantra Hatha Yoga practice, inviting you to slow down and rest in each asana (yoga posture).
You will be guided on an internalised meditative journey, cultivating awareness and transformation of your energy body (the chakras), releasing tension and liberating your body, mind and soul.
Jade's aim is to support you in yoga and experience your true nature; loving stillness.
Afterwards we will connect as a community and share a nourishing vegetarian brunch lovingly prepared by Kirsty.
Booking is essential as places are limited.
