Join me for another opportunity to check in with yourself and explore how you are feeling.
We will use this practice to open ourselves to the changes we discover, adapt to those challenges, recognise what is happening in the moment and learn to accept it with grace and gratitude.
We will continue to balance our nervous systems by bringing steadiness to our postures and signalling to our bodies that we can find safety and ease as we practice.
