Join Katie for 90 minutes of yoga postures, breathwork, and yoga nidra, giving yourself the
chance to be fully present and tune in to what’s happening within.
Practising presence invites moments of spaciousness, and it is in these spaces that healing
and creativity can flourish. This time of mindful connection helps us live more coherent and
fulfilling lives.
