Our 60 minute Meditation & Vinyasa class explores a 10-15 minute meditation, moving into an invigorating vinyasa yoga flow.
We will create more space in the mind and body for enhanced focus, creativity, energy levels and reduced stress; setting a positive tone for the day ahead.
Rosie is a yoga, meditation and breathwork facilitator and has been sharing these practices around the world in classes and retreats with Funky Cactus Yoga.
