This 60 minute yoga class is based on breath/movement synchronisation, alignment and an intention to listen to your body in each moment.
It provides a systematic approach to enable an easeful and stable experience.
Katie will help you practise yoga in a way that works for you, by encouraging you to feel what is happening in your body.
This class is suitable for beginners, those returning to yoga, or looking for a safe and inclusive space to further your practice.
