Reflexology:
A zone therapy and specific reflex points are stimulated to provide support to the organ systems of the body. These are located on the feet, face and hands.
By stimulating these points it allows for toxins and 'congestion' to be released and increases circulation and lymphatic drainage. Emotions are also held in the reflex points and clients often find they feel lighter or something is revealed.
It aids in the gentle balancing and healing of the mind and the body.
Sound Therapy:
Sound is vibration using specialised frequencies to create a therapeutic atmosphere. Sound moves faster in water than air, and the impact this has on our mostly water based body is incredible.
Sound benefits include a balance of the mind, body and spirit which guides us into harmony and wellbeing.
Iridology:
‘The eyes are the windows to the soul‘
The study of the iris of the eye which presents a map of the body and its organs systems. Every Iris is unique, there are no two alike in the world! Within the ‘map’ of the iris are varied markings over specific organs or systems. These markings indicate certain genetic characteristics and indications of personality, bodily health and disease.
