You’re working out your body. But what about your mind? When do you stop and take time for you. To silence that inner voice, the busy mind?

Come along and breathe. Research shows meditation increases your energy, improves sleep and creativity. It decrease anxiety and makes you look younger and live longer. Who doesn’t want that! Come along for 45 minutes’ and walk away feeling rejuvenated.

Join Melanie. She was first taught to meditate when she was 12 by a nun at school. Her journey with meditation began that day. It wasn’t until 18 months ago that she started to run classes and workshops. She believes there is no right or wrong to meditation, it’s learning what works for you and in her class you’ll be led on a guided and breathe meditation. She’ll share different techniques with you. Most of all, she’ll show you that you can meditate almost anywhere. If you’re new to mediation. Welcome. Melanie teaches a lot of learn to meditate classes.

What Melanie says about meditation – ‘It isn’t about spirituality or religion. I meditate most days for 10 minutes, some longer, some shorter. I feel like that better version of me. It’s helped me increase focus and lose weight.’

So I’m never really off. And meditation is actually the one time I get to really reset.
