Classes are open and taught by Britt, a Balanced Body certified instructor, and Kensal Rise mum of two. With 10 years of Pilates experience from San Francisco, NYC, Stockholm and now London. Postnatal PilatesPostnatal Pilates ~ class resumes 10th January


Mum and baby Pilates is a mat-based class for mothers and new babies, 6 weeks to almost crawling!

The classes will help you recover from one months of pregnancy and the birth. We will strengthen you from the inside, out, focusing on abdominal as well as pelvic floor.  These classes will also help strengthen your back and stretch and release all those tight muscles.

Babies can lie or sit in a car seat, whichever suits you and your baby.  You are also welcome to feed your baby during the class.

Please note, pushchairs and prams cannot be brought inside The Yard, so please bring a rain cover for parking it in any wet weather!

The cost of this class is £66 for 6 classes or £13 drop-in fee, when spaces are available.
