~ Homeopathic remedies do not have drug interactions with any prescription medication.

~ Remedies are safe for all ages, including children and babies, pregnant women and seniors.

~ No referral needed.

~ We can provide help for simple illnesses that would otherwise occupy the over-burdened doctors surgeries and hospitals.

~ Once introduced to homeopathic care for acute illnesses, you will discover it also is very effective for many different chronic problems.

How does the clinic work?

The clinic is open on Thursday mornings from 8am -9:30am. Call Miranda on 07967 36 07 28 to ensure a space, then drop in to our clinic at The Yard. (If we are full we will call you to let you know).  Sign up on the clipboard and have a seat.  The consultation involves questions about your ailment, looking for the distinctive physical and emotional symptoms that you are experiencing. Using this holistic approach, we then give you an individualized remedy to take, with instructions. We like to follow up our consultation with a phone call to ensure you are on the path to wellness.

Should you need further treatment, or your condition is chronic, we can recommend a treatment plan with your individualized constitutional remedy.

baby yoga smalMother & Baby Yoga

Mother and Baby is a great way to practise yoga with your baby, in a friendly and supportive environment. The focus is to encourage post natal recovery, by stabilising the pelvis, strengthening core muscles and releasing tension from the body. This helps to raise energy levels and increase a sense of ease within the body. All of this is done whilst engaging your baby with songs and movements, providing an excellent opportunity to bond and spend time with your baby and meet other parents and carers to share the experiences of caring for a new baby.

No experience is required and all are welcome. Babies start at approx 6 weeks + and continue until they start to crawl.

Katie Myers is an experienced Pregnancy, Post Natal & Children’s Yoga teacher.  She has studied pre-natal yoga with Birthlight & Children’s Yoga with the Special Yoga Centre.

Classes cost £14 to drop in where spaces are available or 6 classes for £72 (please note that the 6 classes must be taken within a two month period from purchase date). Booking is advisable for this class.

AfterlightImage-4Hatha Flow

Debi teaches a mindful vinyasa flow, drawing influence from Hatha yoga and yogic philosophy. Sequences are fluid and meditative with encouragement toward Pratyahara (drawing the senses inward), the subtle energy body and synchronising movement with breath.

Having worked in fashion media for over a decade, Debi turned to yoga to help restore some much needed harmony back into her life. Noticing the life-changing benefits of the practice and the mind-body connection, she decided to teach so she could share this with others.

Debi trained in India in Ashtanga Vinyasa and continues to develop her own mindful style of vinyasa flow.

Her sequencing is fluid and meditative with an emphasis on synchronising movement with breath, balancing the chakras and tapping into the subtle body.

The cost of this class is £14 drop in or 6 classes for £72 (please note that the 6 classes must be taken within a two month period from purchase date).
