A monthly toddler & parent Mindfulness session.
Perfect for children aged 2-5yrs who are looking for a gently structured morning activity. This class uses a combination of yoga movements, sensory and breathing exercises, plus (cooperative) games and relaxation to introduce children to the calming benefits of focusing their minds.
Also wonderful for parents to learn some useful tips on how to bring Mindfulness and calm in to the busy home environment. Mental and emotional benefits can include improved focus and memory, a calmer mind, increased self-esteem and healthier sleep patterns.
Ciaran is a Mindful Mum to 3 children! She trained through Christianne Kerr’s ‘Calm for Kids’ program and also with Mindfulness in Schools Project (enabling her to also teach Mindfulness in Primary schools). She truly believes that Mindfulness can provide a greater sense of calm to the busy lives we all lead, as well as supporting one’s general well-being and happiness. She is also an experienced Montessori teacher (with a Montessori Early Years Teaching Diploma from MCI London).
The cost of this class is £13 drop in or part of the 6 classes for £66 deal.
