In this warm weather, a refreshing juice is surely on your mind? Here we have some top recipes for healthy juices from our in-house nutritional therapist, Juliet Morcas, so get juicing!


Beetroot Basic

This recipe is energizing, cleansing and immune boosting

1 med beetroot, 1 carrot, 1 apple, good chunk of ginger, water


Power Punch

This recipe is good for digestion and circulation as well as being immune boosting

½ pineapple, good chunk of ginger, ½ an apple, lrg chunk of cucumber, water


Fresh Salsa Juice

This recipe is skin cleansing, immune boosting and also aids digestion

3 med tomatoes, 1 carrot, 3 cloves of garlic, juice of a lime, handful of coriander, water


Orange Zinger

Anti-aging, immune boosting, digestive aid

1 orange, 1 carrot, good chunk of ginger, juice of a lemon, water


Mean Green

Cleansing, iron boosting and detoxifying

2 good handfuls of spinach or kale, 1 apple, 1 lime, water


Power Protein Shake

Energy boosting

1 banana, 4 dates, glass of almond milk, water


Cool Cuke

A natural diuretic, detoxifying, aids digestion
